You will lead the Standards and Training Team and oversee the implementation of quality management systems across all field programs to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with international best practices.
Reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, a central focus of this role is leading the design, delivery, and oversight of technical training and the implementation of robust standards across all field operations. From operational management and equipment to technical competencies, the Standards and Training Manager is responsible to ensure everything aligns with MAG Country Programme's Standard Operating Procedures and MAG's Global Technical Standards.
