Partnerships Assistant

Manchester City Centre

The starting salary for this position is £18,960 per annum (plus contributory pension)

We are seeking an exceptional Partnerships Assistant to join our dynamic Strategic Partnerships team.

Based in our Manchester HQ, you will provide excellent administrative support to MAG’s busy and proactive Strategic Partnerships team. You will support the Strategic Partnerships Managers with bid development, along with researching background materials for donor proposals and potential business opportunities. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining information systems and providing general administrative support.

You will need to have strong administrative experience to ensure that all our processes are followed effectively.  You’ll need to be approachable, flexible, organised, have a good eye for detail and be ready to work in a busy role. You will also need to have the technical skills to maintain our information systems and support the creation of presentations, briefings and fact sheets.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in international development to gain experience and exposure to how international NGOs develop funding opportunities and build donor relationships, as well as getting a better understanding of the wider international development sector.  We have a friendly team and a dynamic, professional and committed culture, and this job is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to get hands-on experience in an international NGO.
