MAG vacancy: HR Administrator

The starting salary for this position is £18,960 per annum (plus contributory pension)

We are seeking a HR Administrator to join our HR team, which provides support and advice to MAG’s employees working in over 25 countries across the world and to MAG HQ in the UK.  If you’re a pro-active, organised administrator with a great eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with a really fast paced role, why not use your skills in an amazing global charity, helping to save lives around the world, all from a fantastic office in Manchester city centre!

Working with us, your administrative skills will help make a real difference, supporting our global lifesaving work.  You can use your existing administration skills and get experience in HR whilst doing something really worthwhile with your time. In the role, you’ll work alongside another HR Administrator to provide excellent administrative support to the HR team, looking after the administration systems which underpin our projects overseas.  This is a fast-paced role which will require high levels of organisation, attention to detail, pro-activity and multi-tasking.  You’ll work on tasks related to areas like recruitment, payroll, inductions and many more.  

Previous experience of working in HR is not necessary, but you will need to have strong administrative experience to ensure that all our processes are followed effectively.  Above all, you will need to be approachable, flexible, super organised, have a good eye for detail and be ready to work in a busy role, taking pride in your work and striving for perfection.
