Human Resources Administrator, Fixed Term Contract – covering a seconded employee, fixed term contract, 4 to 5 months.
Hybrid role, a blend of working from home, with attendance at our Manchester City Centre office
Starting salary for this position is £18,960 per annum (plus contributory pension)
We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic and successful HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to a join an international charity that shared the 1997 Nobel Peace-Prize.
Your administrative skills will help make a real difference supporting our global lifesaving work, whilst allowing you to gain the experience in very busy HR department. Supported by a HR Manager and HR Officer, you’ll work alongside another HR Administrator to provide excellent support to the business by taking responsibility for the administration tasks associated with all department processes including recruitment, new starter and leaver processing, maintenance of personnel files, and inputting into our HR systems, including payroll.
Previous experience of working in HR is not necessary, however, a demonstrable interest in HR is essential. This would likely see you completing on the CIPD programme. You will need to have strong administrative experience to ensure that all our processes are followed effectively. Above all, you will need to be approachable, flexible, super organised, have a good eye for detail and be ready to work in a busy and varied role, taking pride in your work and striving for perfection.
