We are seeking a fully qualified Finance Systems Specialist to manage financial systems development, maintenance, and support our finance team in effective utilisation of existing systems.
This role will be critical in leading on the development new systems and processes to support organisational needs, including increasing the scope of MAG’s business planning and forecasting system (Adaptive Insights), Increasing the efficiency and automation of existing financial systems and linkages between different systems, and reviewing the current accounting system (PS Financials) to ensure that it is fit for purpose. This role will also manage the relationship between MAG and External systems providers, act as an organisational focal point for financial systems issues or problems, engage with internal and external stakeholders to find solutions, and advise and train our global finance team on new developments and best use of current systems. The successful candidate should be solutions orientated, with an in depth understanding of financial systems, and proven track record of development of new systems and process, as well as being able to bridge the gap between IT and Finance departments.
