Where: Joshua Brooks and FAC251

When: Wednesday, 2 June 2010

The finest musical and artistic talent in Manchester once again got together to show some amazing support for MAG at Manchester Beats Mines 2.

More than 50 artists, musicians and DJs from throughout the city came down to the event at Joshua Brooks and FAC251, stayed all night, had fun and put on a blinding show, all in aid of MAG. They helped to raise a phenomenal £1,708.24p for our global lifesaving operations, and spread the word about MAG’s vital work even further.

Massive huge thank you to absolutely everyone involved and all who came down on the night, but especially to Jonny Dub from Hoya Hoya www.hoyahoya.tumblr.com and Blain from Norvun Devolution www.norvundevolution.com for organising the whole event.

Also big thanks to the Manchester Area committee of the Co-op for their contribution towards costs.

Have a look here at some of the pictures and keep your eyes peeled for Manchester Beats Mines 3 – it's going to be ACE.

This is like having your finger on the pulse before there's a heart beat!!
