Travel Administrator / Receptionist

£16,473 - £18,000 per annum (plus contributory pension)

Manchester city centre based

MAG is looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised Travel Administrator/Receptionist to join its Manchester based team. You will operate as MAG's first point of contact for the booking of local, national and international travel and will liaise with international embassies to secure visas for our travelling staff. 

Your ability to develop working relationships with suppliers will assist MAG in delivering efficient travel and conference solutions and your customer focussed approach will ensure visitors and callers to MAG are dealt with in a professional, courteous manner.
