Cycle 320 miles from London to Amsterdam and on to Brussels to help MAG locate and destroy landmines in the countries affected by conflict across the world.

This unique challenge will give you the chance to cycle through three of Europe’s most vibrant cities. Along the way you will experience rural England, Holland and Belgium and return on the world famous Eurostar, a unique travel experience in itself.
Cycling is possibly the best way of experiencing the surroundings, and although this event will be hard going at times, the chance to cycle into the heart of Amsterdam and Brussels will be very special. The cycling will be varied passing through English suburbia, Essex wetlands, Dutch hamlets, Tulip fields, canals, Belgian villages and two of Europe’s most historic cities.
Everything you need is included; food, water, transport, and accommodation. All you need to do is raise the minimum amount of sponsorship and be ready for the challenge of a lifetime!
All participants in the 3 Capitals Challenge are required to raise at least £1,350 each in sponsorship, at least half of which will support MAG’s mine clearance programmes. Please note, £900 of your sponsorship total should be paid to MAG 10 weeks before the event, by Friday 28th March 2008.
